To ensure your shopping experience is worry-free, we offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items. This means that within 7 days of receiving your order, you have the opportunity to return it if it doesn’t meet your needs. Our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind, allowing you to explore our unique collection of handmade carpets without hesitation.

While we strive to deliver perfection with every piece, we understand that personal preferences vary, and what may seem perfect in photos may not always translate the same way in person. Conditions for Return
Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. This means the product must be free from stains, wear, or any other signs of usage. The product should also include all original tags, packaging, and any accessories that were part of the purchase.
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must first obtain a return authorization by contacting our customer support team. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
