Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible orders within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the quilt must be in the same condition as it was when you received it. It should not be washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
How to Request a Return
If you would like to return an item, please contact us first with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll guide you through the next steps and provide the return instructions. Please don't send an item back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrives damaged or we made a mistake with your order, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking so your return can be followed during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned quilt, we'll let you know the result of your return request. If everything is in its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
