Getting Your Order Ready
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed. Before shipping, we give every quilt one final check to make sure it matches the listing and is packed with care. We don't rush the process because we want your order to arrive in the best possible condition.
Where We Ship?
We are happy to ship our quilts to customers worldwide. It does not mtter if you live nearby or on the other side of the world, we work with trusted shipping services such as USPS, DHL & FedEx to deliver your order safely. You can definately contact us in case you want to know more.
Delivery Time
Delivery times can be different depending on your country and the shipping service. Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days, but international deliveries can sometimes take a little longer. Customs checks, holidays, bad weather, or local delivery delays are outside our control, so we kindly ask for your patience if your package takes extra time.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number whenever one is available. This allows you to follow your package and see its progress while it's on the way. If you have any questions about your shipment, we're always happy to help.
Customs & Import Charges
For international orders, your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees before delivery. These charges are set by your local customs office and are not included in the price of your order or shipping. If any fees apply, they will be the responsibility of the buyer.
